(1) If deemed necessary for the sake of Nepal's security or public peace or order, the Government of Nepal may order to stop the screening of any movie throughout Nepal and the provincial government may order the screening of any film throughout the province.

(2) ) Before making an order according to sub-section (1), the concerned person should be given a reasonable opportunity to present his opinion. It can be handed over to a board, committee or any officer constituted as per the rules.”
